This weekend’s Strictly saw the Saturday night dancing competition go to Hollywood as the celebs embraced the glam and glitz of tinsel town. This week though, it’s back to business. And with the list of eliminated dancers on the rise, the competition is hotting up – as you can tell by the contestant’s Twitter feeds…

Frankie Bridge, who topped the leader board this week after an impressive Paso Doble, is up late and eager to practise her new dance. You don’t get perfect 10s by laying around in bed…

Steve Backshall is also keen to perfect his moves for Saturday’s live show. However much of a toll it takes on his arms…

Alison Hammond is embracing her Samba, emoji-style.

While Simon Webbe, who found himself in the dreaded dance off this Sunday, is clearly pleased about his next dance, too…

Meanwhile, Mark Wright is more interested in getting some snacks on the Strictly set. With a little help from Oreo and Claudia Winkleman.

And Judy Murray is taking Tango advice from her son and Wimbledon champ Andy. Always the charmer, eh?

Pixie isn’t entirely focused on next week’s performance, taking notes from Saturday’s live show instead…

And Scott Mills is still revelling in the reaction to his fishy performance.
