Surrey residents should be on the lookout for large explosions, car chases and Hollywood actors this month; a blockbuster movie is coming to town.

Star-studded Avengers movie (Age of Ultron) will set up camp in Bourne Woods near Farnham, Surrey, at the end of June.

Of course, the residents of Surrey may be used to bumping into A-listers. Giant productions including War Horse, Gladiator, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, and Robin Hood were also filmed in this very location.

Locals have been prepped for some loud sounds as a result of a battle scene from the film, which will include loud explosions, artificial snow, car chasing, artificial wind and smoke, plus fake military bunkers.

The detailed, big-budget scene will include approximately 300 members of cast and crew, and military-style tanks and cars.

Other stunning scenes from Avengers: Age of Ultron have been shot in exotic locations including South Africa and South Korea.

British actor Paul Bettany (A Beautiful Mind), Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Mark Ruffalo (Shutter Island) and Scarlett Johansson (Lost in Translation) will star in the movie, as will Samuel L. Jackson (Pulp Fiction), Elizabeth Olsen (Oldboy) and Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Godzilla).

Avengers: Age of Ultron is set for release in May 2015.
