Home invasion thriller Tiger House, with Skins star Kaya Scodelario, has begun shooting in Cape Town.

Scodelario will play an injured gymnast named Kelly in the Tom Daly-directed movie, which is set in the UK but will be filmed in South Africa.

Kelly finds herself having to defend her boyfriend (played by Tom Cullen from Downton Abbey)'s house from an armed gang, who have kidnapped his family.

Instead of robbing a bank, the thieves go after the loot via the bank manager at his personal address – but little do they know that Kelly is hiding under the bed in the house.

Tiger House will be shown at Cannes at the Marché du Film and will be released later this year.
