Gordon Ramsay will be starting a new production with Channel 4 this summer entitled Costa Del Nightmares.
The fiery chef is continuing his mission to help flailing businesses to get back on their feet. His focus in this new Nightmare will be four ex-pats living in the Costa Del Sol, struggling to make their various eateries hot holiday destinations.
News of the latest version of the show comes amid reports Ramsay has decided not to renew his contract with Channel 4. It has been suggested that Ramsay is in talks to return to ITV, where he fronted Hell’s Kitchen.
A source told the Mirror, “Gordon doesn’t think Channel 4 is the right fit for him anymore,” adding, “He wants to come back with a bang – and ITV is the place to do it.”
A Channel 4 insider told RadioTimes.com, “We are continuing to work with Gordon” adding that production on this new series will start “this summer”.
The source suggests this could be the last series Ramsay does for the channel, but this has yet to be confirmed by the chef.
