Vote for your top soap opera moment of 2013

It was the year when creepy Karl Munro torched the Rovers and killed Sunita Alahan, Brendan Brady bowed out in suitably dramatic style after confessing to murder and Cameron Murray’s reign of terror reached a terrifying climax with a week-long siege at the Woolpack. Yes, 2013 in soapland hasn’t been short of drama, but now it’s time to pick the best moment from the last 12 months.

Will the comedy of Lewis’s departure prevail (“there is no new life in Italy, no job in Tuscany and no money in your bank account!”) or is the murder of Michael Moon more to your liking (“you betrayed me! You’re a stupid little girl!”)? Or maybe you preferred the sight of Tanya finally breaking free of Max’s constant pleas for a reconciliation (“You ain’t going, all right? I’m here now. I want to help ya, Tan, please”).

So forget about the lowlights (yes, Denise and Ian we’re looking at you. And Peter and Tina for that matter) – this is all about your highlights. Vote now – or we’ll revive Cameron and send him round to add some pressure…
