So that's it. All four judges have their final three acts for the live shows - and Gary Barlow joined in a bundle. There's not much more we could ask from the X Factor really is there?
Apart from perhaps less crying, shorter ad breaks, less theatrics... OK. I shouldn't have asked.
Anyway, it was another night of glamour (everyone else considered blowing their savings on a last-minute holiday right?) with Gary and the groups in New York and Nicole hanging out in sunny Antigua with the girls.
I'll whizz through all of the singing, crying and indecisions (you know how the story goes) and tell you that Gary will be mentoring Rough Copy (with hopes to bring the full band back together), boyband Kingsland Road and Miss Dynamix, made up of singers previously rejected.
Nicole is taking forward singer/songwriter Abi Alton, Hannah Barrett (a crier to rival Rylan Clark would you believe) and 16-year-old Tamera Foster. Which was a devastating blow for returning contestants Melanie McCabe and Jade Richards who basically looked like Mickey Mouse would if he'd just found out Disneyland was closing.
Poor Dermot O'Leary probably needs to throw his white t-shirt away with all of that mascara running.
