French drama The Returned has crossed the Channel.
The supernatural crime thriller follows a group of men, women and children who return to a small Alpine village years after their deaths, unaware that they have died. Creepy, eh?
But does it lift the hairs on your arms or have you reaching for a sofa cushion? Is the European tale of the undead as good as Nordic Noir dramas like The Killing and The Bridge? Should we all just get on a ferry and start watching French telly instead?
