The Doctor Who anniversary weekend in November is to feature a three-day celebration under the roof of London’s ExCel convention centre.
Beginning on Friday 22 November, and taking in Saturday 23 – 50 years to the day since the first episode of Doctor Who was broadcast on BBC1 – the event promises to bring together 15,000 fans for “the ultimate Doctor Who anniversary celebration”.
Details are currently scarce but the event will feature special guests and "a host of other surprises".

"2013 is an opportunity for fans around the world to come together and celebrate the glorious past, present and future of Doctor Who.”
