BBC3 drama The Crash (starting Tuesday 5 March) follows a group of teenagers involved in a fatal car accident.
Starring Coronation Street’s Sacha Parkinson, Waterloo Road’s Georgia Henshaw and Skins star Lily Loveless, the two-part story written by Terry Cafolla charts the aftermath of the event and the impact it has on the survivors and their families.
Set in a small English town, The Crash tells the story of the collision from different points of view based on interviews and research by the writers.
Channel controller Zai Bennett called the drama “a riveting and emotional narrative… [which] demonstrates BBC3’s unique role to produce thought-provoking drama specifically for young adults.”
