Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson has apparently been dating her Dancing on Ice co-star Matt Evers since December.  A source even told the Mirror that the couple had "instant chemistry" - yes it's that serious.

Sadly the pair's blossoming romance has faced a bit of a knock since Pammy became the first celebrity to be eliminated from the competition - but that's not going to stop the Playboy cover star, it seems.

Despite a nine year age gap, Pammy is reportedly "smitten" with toy boy Matt - and the tabs suggest the pair are set to go public with their relationship when Pamela flies back to England from the States for the Dancing on Ice final - which seems pointless now as everyone already knows.

But, if the tabloids are to be believed, and Pammy and Matt are the "real deal", they won't be the first couple to have emerged from the crazy world of talent shows and reality TV... not by a long chalk.

David Seaman and Frankie Poultney

Former Arsenal goalie David Seaman met his current girlfriend, professional ice skater, Frankie Poultney, whilst rehearsing for Dancing on Ice. 

Seaman was married at the time to his wife of 15 years, Debbie, who was understandably left "devastated" when she heard Seaman and Poultney had moved in together. Particularly since they moved into a luxurious £500,000 riverside home in Buckingham.

Debbie told a Sunday Newspaper that David had cheated before during their marriage, but the new couple are still together three years later.

Jimi Mistry and Flavia Cacace

Jimi Mistry was partnered up with Italian-born Flavia Cacace as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing in 2010.

At the time, Flavia was dating Eastenders actor Matt Di Angelo - a romance which had blossomed while Di Angelo was a contestant on Strictly too. (It seems there’s something in the air in the Strictly studio...)

Flavia and Matt split in 2010, and three weeks later she was spotted attending a black-tie event with Jimi.

The pair announced on Twitter on January 5 2013 that they are engaged, with Flavia tweeting "All I need to say is Jimi Mistry has made he the happiest girl in the world. Xxxx #engaged".

Kara Tointon and Artem Chigvintsev

Another Strictly couple, Kara and Artem also met when they were partnered up in the 2010 series of the dancing competition.

Their chemistry was so strong that they couldn’t face the thought of letting each other go, so they won the series so that they could spend more time together. Probably.

Shockingly, both Kara and Artem were single when they hooked up. The couple moved in together last year and got engaged but apparently they don’t like talking about their relationship. That’ll be why they got together on a television programme with the entire nation watching. They just love their privacy.

Joe Calzaghe and Kristina Rihanoff

Boxer Joe and professional dancer Kristina’s eyes first met under the Strictly Come Dancing glitterball in 2009.

Joe broke up with his girlfriend of five years Jo-Emma Larvin whilst he was a contestant on the show, although that obviously had nothing to do with Kristina…

The couple are still together, although there’s been no talk of wedding bells so far, it has been rumoured that the pair are trying for a baby. 

Katie Price and Peter Andre

Despite all the reality romance success stories, there are far more relationships that don’t work out. For example, model Katie Price and singer Peter Andre who met on series three of I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! The loved-up couple got married, had children, starred in their own TV show and got divorced all in the space of three years.

Katie has since moved on. Numerous times. 

Chantelle Houghton and Preston

Chantelle Houghton and Samuel Preston of Ordinary Boys fame met while they were in the Celebrity Big Brother house. Preston had a girlfriend whilst he was in the house, but they broke up and he soon partnered up with Chantelle instead. It didn't end in a happily-ever-after though; the pair got divorced after just 10 months of married life.
