The Long Kiss Goodnight – 9.00pm, 5USA

Action thriller starring Geena Davis and Samuel L. Jackson. A woman suffering from amnesia discovers she used to kill people for the CIA.

Total Recall – 10.00pm, ITV2

A man paying to have false memories implanted into his brain discovers his mind has already been tampered with. Science fiction thriller starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Chain Reaction – 11.10pm, Film4

Scientists go on the run in this 90s action thriller when their lives are threatened following their discovery of a method of producing pollution-free energy. Starring Keanu Reeves, Rachel Weisz and Morgan Freeman.

Monsoon Wedding – 1.15am, Film4

The upper-middle classes of India provide a backdrop to this comedy drama about a young woman about to enter into an arranged marriage. Starring Naseeruddin Shah, Lillete Dubey and Shefali Shetty.

Winter’s Bone – 2:00am, Sky Movies Indie

Beautifully observed drama about a young girl (Jennifer Lawrence) who has to care for her younger siblings in the Ozark Mountains after her father disappears.
