Want to see Jonny Lee Miller's Sherlock Holmes sniffing shirts, crashing cars and being pronounced officially "drug-free"? Then watch this new promo for Elementary.

Currently showing on the CBS network and in US cinemas, it's the new trailer for the stateside update of Sherlock Holmes, which sees the detective and recovering addict move to New York, where he's paired with "sober companion" Dr Joan Watson (Lucy Liu) who joins him in helping the NYPD solve crimes.

Elementary premieres on American network CBS on 27 September and will arrive over here on Sky Living  soon afterwards.
