Ahem. What I mean to say is that there's a new trailer out for the upcoming big screen reboot of the fondly remembered '70s cop show which followed the grimy work of flying squad detectives Regan and Carter.

Though this time around, instead of John Thaw and Dennis Waterman, the intrepid rozzers are played by the no-nonsense team of Ray Winstone and Ben 'Plan B' Drew.

Turning London into a warzone and boasting some slick camera work, the trailer makes the upcoming Sweeney re-imagining look like a Guy Ritchie film after four cups of coffee:
