Viewing figures for ITV's GMTV replacement Daybreak have dropped below the 600,000 mark. The breakfast magazine, hosted by former One Show presenters Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley, is bringing in less than half as many viewers as its main competitor, BBC1's Breakfast, which garners around 1.5 million each morning.

Meanwhile, Chris Evans's Radio 2 breakfast show has lost the 1.5 million extra listeners it gained after Evans replaced Terry Wogan in the slot (although, with eight million listeners, it remains Britain's most popular breakfast show), while Chris Moyles's Radio 1 programme has shed 600,000 listeners, leaving it with around seven million.
