The Babysitter's Seduction

The Babysitter's Seduction

David Burton Morris (1996)

Our Score
Babysitters get some rough treatment in American films (remember Jamie Lee Curtis in Halloween?), and this intriguing TV-movie thriller does nothing to improve their lot. On the receiving end here is a teenager played by Keri Russell, who finds herself in all sorts of trouble when the wife of one of her employers turns up dead; Phylicia Rashad, better known as Bill Cosby's other half in television's The Cosby Show, plays the detective who suspects foul play and Russell's teenager is her prime suspect. Director David Burton Morris maintains the suspense right through to the final twist.

When the wife of her wealthy employer is found dead, unsuspecting babysitter Michelle is drawn into a sinister plot and finds herself being accused of murder by a determined detective. Thriller, starring Keri Russell, Stephen Collins, Phylicia Rashad and Tobin Bell.
