The original Family of Cops was more than enough, so quite how the weak crime-fighting idea stretched to two sequels is beyond belief. Charles Bronson shuffles back as the patriarch who finds time to investigate the suspicious death of a banker with his detective son (Joe Penny) while coping with his own day-to-day problems. Sebastian Spence and Barbara Williams return from the first two movies and provide solid support, but it's a largely undistinguished affair.
Plot Summary
