Our Score
New Zealand director Sam Pillsbury's debut feature, the black comedy The Scarecrow, marked him out as a talent to watch, but a move to the USA did not prove as productive as it did for compatriots like Roger Donaldson (No Way Out) and Geoff Murphy (Freejack), and he has often found himself working on routine TV fare, such as this ordinary psychic thriller. Barbara Eden (still best known for her title role in the TV comedy series I Dream of Jeannie) is the police psychologist with visions of murder who gets drawn into a world of corruption when a policeman is killed. Eden isn't overly convincing in the leading role, there are no big names among the supporting cast and Pillsbury's direction is pedestrian.

A police psychologist begins counselling a traumatised cop whose partner died in the line of duty, and soon realises there is more to the case than meets the eye. Crime drama, starring Barbara Eden, Ted Marcoux and David Marciano.
