Our Score
AA Milne's enduringly entertaining tales are retold here with considerable character and charm in a compilation of three stories that were originally released by Disney as shorts. Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree (1966) sees the bear of little brain (wonderfully voiced by Sterling Holloway) trying to disguise himself as a rain cloud before getting stuck in Rabbit's doorway. The Oscar-winning Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day (1968) brings Piglet and Tigger to the Hundred Acre Wood, as a storm brings down Owl's house. Finally there's Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too! (1974), in which Rabbit is taught about tolerance. It's cleverly linked, beautifully drawn, amusingly told and timeless in its appeal.

Summary
