Our Score
It could be Chuck Norris's most embarrassing effort, because here he attempts to do something that he has absolutely no knack for - comedy. Neither does his co-star Louis Gossett Jr, though he at least keeps some dignity, even when he's forced to speak Pig Latin. The two stars play unlucky mercenary adventurers who are hired by Melody Anderson to find an ancient treasure south of the border, with danger, cardboard sets, and stereotypes at every twist and turn. Not even the most gifted comedian could generate laughs with the material here, and those tuning in expecting at least a moderate amount of karate action - or any kind of action - from Norris will be greatly disappointed.

Two mercenaries are hired to search for a lost Aztec temple by a woman in possession of an ancient map which promises a treasure hoard at the end of the trail, but their mission attracts the attention of a number of unsavoury characters. Action adventure, starring Chuck Norris, Louis Gossett Jr, Melody Anderson and John Rhys-Davies.
