Our Score
This typically down-at-heel crime story from low-budget specialists Butcher's is spiced up by a subplot about an unwanted pregnancy. It features an early performance by Carol White, who found fame in Ken Loach's television play Cathy Come Home and his feature Poor Cow. Sadly, this tale has barely enough plot to make a TV episode, let alone keep a cinema audience happy, and seems stretched even at its one-hour running time. White tried her luck in America in the late-1960s but her career never sparkled and she died in Florida in 1991 at the age of 49.

A gang of crooks help break a former accomplice out of prison so he can take part in a tricky safe-blowing raid. Decidedly run-of-the-mill crime drama, starring Peter Reynolds, Carol White, David Kernan and Avice Landone.
