Charles Bronson takes his lone vigilante act to Los Angeles in this crudely exploitative, belated first sequel to Michael Winner's trend-setting trash thriller. Beginning as it means to go on with the rape and murder of Bronson's Spanish maid, it would be offensive if it weren't so laughably over the top. Even his comatose daughter from the first marginally original outing ends up impaled on railings after being raped again in another horrendous example of Winner not knowing when to stop piling on the excess. Was Bronson really that bad an actor? It would certainly seem so on this evidence.

Plot Summary

Crime thriller starring Charles Bronson and Jill Ireland. Vigilante Paul Kersey has moved to Los Angeles to rebuild his life after the murder of his wife and the rape of his daughter. But his nightmare seems set to continue.
