Review

Our Score
There are few more blatant indicators as to whether you are going to enjoy a movie than the inclusion of a writer's name in the title. Although film adaptations often disappoint, Danielle Steel fans need not worry, for this tense TV movie misses none of the author's melodramatic tricks as three sisters, who parted after the horrific deaths of their parents, reunite to discover they not only have little in common, but also have dark secrets to hide. Jaclyn Smith might not be Joan Crawford or Barbara Stanwyck, but she suffers in style as the sibling scarred by hardship.
