Our Score
A British patrol is caught behind enemy lines during the Korean War - a conflict given hardly a moment's thought by the British cinema. Badly made on Portuguese locations and containing reams of sermonising dialogue, it's nevertheless made watchable by the presence of future stars, notably Robert Shaw and Michael Caine, who actually spent his National Service in Korea and was the film's largely ignored military adviser.

British troops are besiged by Chinese forces in a hilltop temple toward the end of the Korean War. Drama based on Max Catto's novel, starring George Baker and Harry Andrews.
