Our Score
Amanda Seyfried stars as a young woman driven to the edge by fear in this meandering chase thriller. When her elder sister goes missing from home, a young waitress (Seyfried) is convinced it's the work of the same serial killer she escaped from a year earlier, although the police still believe she fabricated her own abduction. After harassing potential witnesses with a gun, Seyfried herself is pursued by the authorities and desperately tries to avoid arrest before the kidnapping becomes a murder. What could have been a tense and involving story is let down by the sluggish pacing, unexplained plot turns and stilted dialogue. Despite Seyfried's suitably wide-eyed performance, director Heitor Dhalia holds too loose a grip on the suspense, driving the film into a succession of dramatic dead ends.

A woman who was once kidnapped returns home to find her sister has disappeared without trace. She is convinced the man who abducted her has struck again, but with the police unwilling to believe her and unable to find any clues, she is forced to attempt a rescue alone. Thriller, starring Amanda Seyfried and Daniel Sunjata.
