A recent divorcee makes a fresh start in New York with her two kids, only to find herself falling for a college graduate 15 years her junior in this glossy romantic comedy. Since the leading lady's played by Catherine Zeta-Jones, it's hard to imagine her character ever wanting for male company, but the point of her growing attraction to 20-something Justin Bartha (the groom from The Hangover) is that he's completely different to her cheating ex-husband, is great with her kids, and is just... nice. The same pretty much goes for Bart Freundlich's movie as a whole, which tootles along pleasantly enough, delivering smiles aplenty as this unlikely couple find each other and have to deal with the scepticism of friends and family alike. It's not side-splittingly funny, or exactly emotionally trenchant, but Zeta-Jones and Bartha are both decidedly charming, even if there's a notable lack of sexual chemistry between them. Look out for Art Garfunkel, no less, as Bartha's crusty old pop.

A New York mother starts a new life in suburbia after leaving her unfaithful husband. She befriends a younger man who is still getting over being abandoned by his wife. Romance soon blossoms, but neither is sure if they are just trying to recover from their recent failed relationships. Romantic comedy, with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Justin Bartha.
