A boy who witnessed his father's murder grows up to be a hardened criminal, and his own brother is forced to bring him to justice. After his release from prison, he becomes a lawman and tries to stop a corrupt rancher seizing control of his neighbours' valuable land - but to do so, he needs the help of his old partners-in-crime.
