Our Score
As The Tigger Movie proved, searching is what the residents of the Hundred Acre Wood do best. The end of this quest is Christopher Robin, who doesn't have the heart to tell Pooh he is off to school, so leaves a note that the bear of little brain interprets as a plea for help. Devotees of the original Disney cartoons will probably mourn the absence of Kanga and Roo and will find the songs as trite as the story's theme of self-reliance. However, there is the compensation of hearing stalwarts John Fiedler and Paul Winchell reprise their vocalisations of Piglet and Tigger.

Summary

Christopher Robin has to go to school, and sends a letter to the friendly bear explaining why he will not be around any more. However, Pooh misunderstands the message and becomes convinced his friend is in grave danger, organising the other animals into a rescue attempt. Animated adventure, with the voices of Jim Cummings and John Fiedler.
