Our Score
Like most early British pop stars, Adam Faith appeared in a few movies. Unlike the majority, though, he didn't shy away from meatier roles more usually reserved for "proper" actors. In this routine courtroom drama, he rather woodenly plays a teenage garage mechanic convicted of killing a policeman. Anne Baxter is the psychiatrist wife of his barrister (Donald Sinden) who sets out to prove his innocence. Pedestrian race-against-time suspense caps this tepid thriller, and, yes, Faith does sing the title song.
