Review

Our Score
A 40-minute 3D IMAX movie that sets out to impress with the new process but would not stand independently of it. Explaining the origins of commercial aviation in South America, Tom Hulce plays the pioneer starting an air mail service, Craig Sheffer is the pilot who flies into dangerous territory and Elizabeth McGovern stars as his long-suffering wife. The breathtaking scenery and effects are visceral, thanks to Imax, though short. It's an entertaining and informative ride, containing the kind of material kids are forced to watch on a day trip to their local museum.

Summary
