Our Score
After the success of Hell Drivers, star Stanley Baker and writer/director Cy Endfield teamed up again for this modest but strangely effective action yarn set in Spain. Baker plays a drifter who gets a job aboard Victor McLaglen's salvage vessel, Fury. At first, McLaglen assumes the role as Baker's mentor, but then both of them compete for local siren Luciana Paluzzi - culminating in a rescue bid in a storm for Baker and a drunken binge for McLaglen, who sobers up when he realises he's well past his prime. Sea Fury is a study in macho posturing, failing sexuality and the virility of the weather: a heady brew that also features an early role for Robert Shaw.

A man plots to marry his daughter to an elderly captain so that she will inherit his wealth, but she falls for one of his crew. Drama, with Stanley Baker and Victor McLaglen.
