Review

Our Score
An interminable and incomprehensible suspense thriller, long on atmosphere but short on sense, about an antiques dealer who, while on business abroad, becomes besotted with a German girl and quickly weds her. He ignores the fact that she's prone to delusions and other bizarre behaviour. Based on a novel by Watership Down author Richard Adams, this wilfully and irritatingly odd film stars Meg Tilly, then the better-known sister of Jennifer, but now rather eclipsed by her younger sibling. Appearances in pretentious tosh like this may have had something to do with it.

Summary

An art broker hastily marries his secretary, but her dark past impacts on the present in seemingly paranormal ways. Supernatural romance, starring Meg Tilly and Rupert Frazer.
