Don't be fooled into thinking this is a Bruce Willis action yarn, as he merely shuffles begrudgingly through a cameo before leaving Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Claire Forlani to carry the burden of cliché and contrivance that first-time feature director Max Adams has piled high to little good effect. Willis is furious that Forlani has cheated him out of the proceeds of a heist and she lures ex-lover Gosselaar away from new girlfriend Lydia Hull by claiming that she needs to steal $500 million of red diamonds from the CIA to protect their unborn child. Adams stages the opening speedboat chase with aplomb, but the shoot-outs are much more formulaic and rely heavily on the laughable inaccuracy of the gang's adversaries and sassy sharpshooter Jenna Kelly's penchant for skimpy outfits. Adams scripted the 2015 Willis vehicle Extraction. But, as another ill-considered career choice fails to buff his screen legacy, he barely contains his disdain for dialogue that raises laughs for all the wrong reasons.

A thief is marked for death by a crime boss after a heist goes badly wrong. To win back his trust, she plans to steal a cargo of rare precious gems and recruits a former lover to carry out the job. However, as the robbery is put into action, nobody is sure who to trust. Crime thriller, starring Claire Forlani and Bruce Willis.
