Having travelled to the South Pacific and roped in helicopter pilot Luiz Guzmán (providing rather stale comic relief) and his daughter Vanessa Hudgens (the teen love interest), they weather a hurricane and crash on the island. There they find Hutcherson's grandfather, Michael Caine (doing his best Captain Birds Eye impression), and discover the truth about their location. could conceivably be an added attraction. Or not.
A teenager picks up a distress signal originating from the middle of the ocean. Joining an expedition to track the signal to its source, he discovers an unexplored island inhabited by strange creatures, and searches for a way to rescue its sole human inhabitant. Fantasy adventure sequel to Journey to the Centre of the Earth, starring Dwayne Johnson, Michael Caine and Josh Hutcherson. Includes Lotto.
