Our Score
This unlikely formula works surprisingly well - a horror movie for older teenagers that manages to scare just enough and amuse quite a lot without getting its audience into an unnecessary lather. A well-cast Duncan Regehr plays Count Dracula, journeying to suburban America to search for a mysterious amulet with the help of Frankenstein's monster and the Wolf Man, among others. But he reckons without a group of excitable children who are soon rustling up a few stakes in woodwork class.

Count Dracula leads a horde of monsters to a small American town in search of a mystical amulet that will allow him to take over the world. However, the vampire has reckoned without a determined band of local youngsters, who put their knowledge of horror movies to good use to foil his evil plan. Teen horror comedy, which pays tribute to classic 1930s horror films, with Duncan Regehr, Tom Noonan and Ryan Lambert.
