Plot Summary
An army colonel who embezzled from his superior officer to fund arms sales becomes the target of a blackmail attempt when his crimes are discovered. The crooked officer kills the extortionist and makes it look like an accident, but the crumpled cop is soon on his case. Crime drama, starring Peter Falk, Robert Foxworth and Janet Elber.
