Our Score
In this sprightly but contrived romantic comedy, former teen stars Tia and Tamera Mowry play twin sisters who unwittingly date the same man. However, charming beau OT Fagbenie (from BBC TV's Material Girl) is too love-struck to notice that they're different women, despite Tamera's delightful pastry chef being passionate and impulsive, while Tia's lawyer is uptight and hesitant. A string of far-fetched coincidences help to conceal the truth further, giving the tale an initially playful atmosphere that's complemented by the well-realised and inspirational characters. Events become more serious and emotion-driven once the siblings catch on to their predicament, but fortunately director Craig Pryce manages to keep the sentimentality sweet rather than sickly in the predictable resolutions that follow.
