9/15. Jamie Theakston narrates a look into the work of traffic police in the Midlands, where torrential rain at the start of summer has flooded the M6. They must focus efforts on getting the tailback of more than 35 miles moving again, or thousands of motorists will remain stranded on long stretches of road overnight. However, the officers uncover some unusual and illegal behaviour along the way.
