About this programme

5/8. Mother-of-two Alice Duran, who obsessively weighs her food, trades diets with cheese-addicted Stu Preston. The scheme forces her to come to terms with her previous obesity problem, and with Dr Christian Jessen's help, she confronts her phobias. Meanwhile, Ursula Philpot asks the members of the eating disorder group to remember a time when they were able to enjoy healthier relationships with food.
