About this programme

3/40. Carpet store owner Bernard Dorsett hosts a Caribbean-themed evening in Preston, complete with a tropical dress code and spicy jerk chicken. However, despite predicting a high score for his efforts, he fails to notice when one of his guests disappears midway through the meal, while another diner fears chipping a tooth on the rock-hard macaroni cheese.
