Stylist Nicky Hambleton-Jones enlists the help of a dentist, hairdresser and cosmetic guru to transform Kerry Fender, who appears frumpy and middle-aged from a distance, despite having no wrinkles. She agrees to have her eyes clamped wide-open while laser treatment is also performed to help give her a new look.
