About this programme
8/20. Jun Tanaka and Galton Blackiston head to Northumberland on the third day of their culinary road trip and visit the Maxwells, local farmers who have diversified into the production of award-winning artisan cheeses and ice-cream. The chefs then set up their kitchen to prepare fruit tarts for the Glendale Show, where they try to win over judge Sue Burston.
