Tony Robinson and the team visit Sutton Courtenay, Oxfordshire, where aerial photography of an apparently featureless field reveals the site of a group of buildings once occupied by Anglo-Saxon royalty. They build up a picture of life 1,400 years ago, using clues including a piece of Saxon poetry and a totem pole.
