About this programme
2/3. Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall travels to the relatively undisturbed southern oceans near Antarctica, where he finds a hi-tech fishery targeting krill - tiny crustaceans eaten by whales, penguins, fish and seals, but also increasingly used in the lucrative health-food market. Then, in British-governed South Georgia, he makes a plea to extend an area of protected sea.
