In the run-up to Sunday's Academy Awards, resident film critic Mark Kermode honours the actors, directors and writers who he believes were overlooked in this year's Oscar nominations. He talks to some of the film-makers and stars he feels deserve to be celebrated for their achievements in the past year and welcomes one lucky director into the Kermode Fellowship.
