About this programme

As the Government unveils plans to increase the number of youngsters each nursery staff member is allowed to look after, Morland Sanders investigates whether parents can trust their child's nursery if a comprehensive history of previous complaints is not always made available. The programme also hears from those who feel badly let down by the day-care facilities they have used.
