About this programme

Fly-on-the-wall documentary observing the lives of staff at Princess Anne maternity hospital in Southampton, who - led by co-ordinator midwife Kay Duggan - help patients meet the challenges of becoming parents. In the first programme, two teenage sweethearts wait to meet their baby, and a woman who confesses to having a low pain threshold waits nervously with her husband.
