The programme catches up with amateur radio enthusiast Richard, who has Asperger's syndrome, Shaine, a prolific poet from Bournemouth with a learning disability, and Sam from Kent, a media student and actor with Down's syndrome who has appeared in The Inbetweeners and EastEnders. Also featured are stand-up comedian Luke, who has Tourette's, and skateboarder Hadyn, who has the cranio-facial condition Crouzon syndrome and may have met his perfect partner. Last in the series.
