Police Capitaine Laure Berthaud is getting increasingly frazzled by her thankless task. In contrast, lawyer Josephine Karlsson is looking more sexily svelte than ever as she gets deeper into gangland. Prosecutor Pierre Clement is turning wheels within wheels. But it's not all conspiracy, for the pressure produces an explosion of violence.
