4/8. The Grosvenor prepares for Ladies' Night, but with only two days until the event, manager Mark and events organiser Christian haven't even hired the strippers - and to make matters worse, the ticket prices have been set too low and nobody has any idea how many have been sold. To add to the pressure, the former AA chief hotel inspector returns to check on efforts to upgrade the establishment, but with little evidence that his recommendations have been implemented, one bedroom receives a last-minute makeover while reservations manager Alison distracts him at the bar.
