4/6. George Clarke follows a project to transform an old watermill in the north-east of England that had lain abandoned for nearly 50 years. Dave and Margaret Hedley want to restore the building and repair the water wheel to generate hydroelectric power, but they have to contend with floods and a life-threatening illness that hits Margaret.
